Summary:     
Bob and Joe Switzer are credited with creating both blacklight fluorescent paint and finally the Day-Glo colors most school-age children love.  The book covers their careers and difficulties, their eventual discovery and subsequent experimentation and Day-Glo’s rise to fame.

Review:
As many children are familiar with Day-Glo colors, this material could make an interesting book report or biographical report for a school project.  The book is illustrated in black and white with splashes (or pages) of Day-Glo in the original green, yellow and orange.
